Supplemental California Privacy Notice

Effective Date: Jan 1, 2020
Last Review Date: March 1, 2020

Scope of CA Notice

This Supplemental California Privacy Notice (“CA Notice”) supplements the information contained in the Privacy Notice, but unlike the Privacy Notice, this CA Notice is not limited to the processing of Personal Information in connection with your use of this website and your interactions with us regarding your interest in the Residences. This CA Notice describes how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process Personal Information of individual residents of the State of California within the scope of the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), including in connection with the actual purchase of a Residence. In connection with your consideration to become a resident of the Residences, we will also separately provide you with additional notices about the Residences, as required by law.

This CA Notice does not, however, describe how Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts collects, uses, discloses, or otherwise processes Personal Information of prospective or actual owners or guests of the Residences. Please consult the Four Seasons Privacy Notice for information about Four Seasons’ collection, use, disclosure and other processing of Personal Information.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, capitalized terms in this CA Notice have the same meaning as defined in the Privacy Notice.

Personal Information Disclosure

When we use the term “Personal Information” in this CA Notice, we mean information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or household. It does not include aggregated or anonymized information that is maintained in a form that is not capable of being associated with or linked to you.

Collection, Disclosure, and Sale of Personal Information

In the last twelve (12) months, we have collected and disclosed for a business purpose the following categories of Personal Information

*Note about “Sales”: 706 Mission does not “sell’ information as most people would typically think of that term. However, we do permit our third-party advertising and analytics providers to collect certain Personal Information directly from individuals who visit or interact with our services. To the extent this practice would be deemed a “sale” under the CCPA, please visit our Cookie Notice for more information about how third parties use cookies and related technologies to collect information automatically on our services, and the choices you have in relation to that collection.

Sources of Personal Information

As described in the Our Collection and Use of Personal Information section of the Privacy Notice, we collect Personal Information directly from you when you provide it to us, automatically when you interact with our website or emails, and from business partners, service providers, information providers and publicly available sources.

Purposes for Collecting Personal Information

We collect Personal Information about you for the purposes described in the Our Collection and Use of Personal Information section of the Privacy Notice, as well as to:
– facilitate your viewing of the Residences;
– assess your application to purchase a Residence;
– facilitate a transaction for your purchase of a Residence; and
– protect our interests in the Residences.

Recipients of Personal Information

As described in the Our Disclosure of Personal Information section of our Privacy Notice, we share Personal Information with Four Seasons and with a variety of third parties.

Your Privacy Rights

As a California resident, you may be able to exercise the following rights in relation to the Personal Information about you that we have collected (subject to certain limitations at law):

How to Exercise Your California Privacy Rights

To Exercise Your Right to Know or Right to Deletion

To exercise your right to know and/or right to deletion if you are a California resident, please submit a request by:

• Emailing with the subject line “California Rights Request,” or

We will need to verify your identity before processing your request. In order to verify your identity, we will generally either require the successful login to your account or the matching of sufficient information you provide us to the information we maintain about you in our systems.  Although we try to limit the Personal Information collected in connection with a request to exercise the right to know and/or the right to deletion to that Personal Information identified on the California Resident Rights Request Form, certain requests may require us to obtain additional Personal Information from you. In certain circumstances, we may decline a request to exercise the right to know and/or right to deletion, particularly where we are unable to verify your identity.

To Exercise Your Right to Opt Out of “Sales” (to the Extent that Cookies Are Deemed “Sales” under the CCPA):

For more information about our Cookie practices, please see our Cookie Notice.  To the extent these practices are interpreted to constitute a “sale” under the CCPA, please go to our Cookie Notice for instructions on how to opt-out of cookies, analytics, and personalized advertising.  By visiting or, you can also opt out from “sales” of this type of personal information by businesses that participate in the Digital Advertising Alliance’s (DAA) CCPA Opt-Out Tool.  To make opt-out requests related to mobile apps on your device for businesses participating in the DAA’s CCPA App-based Opt-Out Tool, you can download the appropriate app at
